It is challenging enough to find a new home but doing it from over 2600 miles away is really overwhelming. I would not have been able to purchase my home without Claire's considerable help. Claire arranged her schedule around my trips to town; drove me all over the greater Tucson area to see the different neighborhoods; and showed me 10 properties over a day and a half. She quickly understood what I was looking for and never once even nudged me in a direction I didn't want to go. The house I bought came on the market when I wasn't in town so Claire looked at it for me with one of my friends and I made an offer based solely on photographs and their input. !! Not only is she experienced and knowledgeable but very personable and so pleasant to work with!! She had my brother's house listed before he unfortunately passed away. She's great at helping prepare and present your home for sale, does all of the legwork to get your home noticed, then helps keep you calm and measured during escrow. As a buyer, she won't let you "settle" on an "almost" home, but she pursues relentlessly to get you the "perfect home." All of this with the detail over documents you need your person to be so you don't miss anything and your transaction goes as well as possible.
